Martin Selig’s latest plan for Lower Queen Anne

Marc Stiles of the Puget Sound Business Journal breaks the news on Martin Selig's latest plans involving a proposed development at 220 W Harrison Street. It's a large (approx. 185,000 sf) project with 2 levels of underground parking, enough for 180 vehicles.

"..With a dozen office buildings totaling around 1.6 million square feet in that area that's also known as Lower Queen Anne, Martin Selig Real Estate is one of the largest commercial property owners in the area. He's in a toot to get going on his latest project at 220 W. Harrison St., because, he said, "I don't have any space left on lower Queen Anne, and I've got to satisfy my market.."
